Due to overwhelming demand Rock, Ribs & Ridges expanded to a third day in 2021, and the 2023 edition will be another 3-day festival filled with great music and mouthwatering barbeque from the country’s top BBQ “pitmasters.” The prestigious list of classic/southern rock legends that have graced the stage includes The Outlaws, Charlie Daniels, 38 Special, Molly Hatchet, George Thorogood, Southside Johnny, Allman Betts Band, Blackberry Smoke and more! Five nationally-renowned “pitmasters” from all over the country are the festival’s main food concessionaires, each serving up their own unique styles designed to please the palates of our hungry patrons. Sunday features a head-to-head BBQ Throwdown, as ribbers compete for bragging rights, prize money and trophies in the categories of Best Ribs, Best Sauce and People’s Choice Award. Rated as one of the “14 Best Summer BBQ Festivals” in the nation by MadeMan.com and welcoming over 18,500 consumers, the Northeast’s best celebration of food, music and fun returns to The Sussex County Fairgrounds from June 23 – 25, 2023.
